My real estate journey began after graduating from the University of South Florida, where I started as a transaction coordinator with a traditional brokerage. I quickly discovered my passion for managing the intricate details that make successful closings possible.

I then transitioned to a midsize investment firm specializing in single-family rental acquisitions for institutional clients. Within just one year, my dedication to excellence earned me a promotion to Transaction Manager, where I led and mentored a team of nine transaction coordinators. When the company restructured, I moved to the VIP department, specializing in complex off-market transactions. This experience taught me to navigate unique challenges, think creatively, and deliver results even when traditional processes don't apply.

Over my five-plus years in the industry, I've contributed to more than 3,000 successful transactions across various property types and market segments. This extensive experience has given me deep insights into every aspect of the transaction process, from contract negotiations through final closing procedures.

Drawing upon this wealth of experience, I founded Ontrack Closings with a clear mission: to provide real estate professionals with premium transaction coordination support so they can focus on building relationships and growing their businesses. My approach combines meticulous attention to detail with the leadership skills I developed as a team manager.
